Just in time for the holidays: Mr’s Two Ingredient Cookies. This season is always full of so many delicious foods, but rarely are any of them healthy options. These cookies are tasty and healthy so you can pop them all day long and leave the guilt behind.
Ingredients: Ripe banana(s)--how many is up to you! About 1/4 cup old fashioned rolled oats per banana.
Preheat your oven to 350º and then simply mash up the bananas and stir in the oats. Scoop out spoonfuls on a parchment lined cookie sheet and pop in the oven for about 15 minutes (or to your desired doneness). Indulge in this healthy, tasty treat with your morning coffee!
You can also get creative and add a few other ingredients to make them more your own. I added raisins this time but nuts, peanut butter, chocolate chips or coconut flakes would be tasty too! But remember, the goal is to have as few ingredients (especially of the processed variety) as possible!
